Shipping and Refund
We will make it right!
SSS Off Road stands behind all our products and we always quickly handle customer issues. Because these products are very large and require expensive shipping, we only offer free returns/shipping for product errors made by SSS Off Road. If you are at all concerned with your product prior to purchase, please reach out to us and we will try to help you make the best decision!
Workmanship Issue or Product Defects (Free Return)
If we have manufactured an item incorrectly or our merchandise is defective, SSS Offroad will make it right. Please contact us within 21 days of when you received your order, so your item can be exchanged or returned.
Poor Fit (Free Return)
If your product does not fit your machine and the product page showed your model, we will return or exchange your product for free.
If your model is not listed on the page, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will confirm your vehicle's fit. If we approve the fit, we will guarantee it.
No Longer Want It / Changed Your Mind (25% Restocking Fee)
Your product must be returned in the same condition you received it and with all associated parts. For every product, there is a 25% restocking fee.
Once your return has been received, your product will be inspected and a refund will be processed within 2-5 business days.
Shipping (Customer's Responsibility)
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3630 W California Ave, Ste 200, Salt Lake City UT 84104, United States
You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Additionally, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If requested, we will arrange return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We highly recommend using a shipping service that can insure your package and provide a tracking number to prevent lost or damages that could occur during the shipping process.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once the product has been inspected, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your payment providers statement. It may take up to seven days for your credit card to show the refund. If you have waited 7 days and your refund is still not showing, please contact email@example.com or call 385-429-9090.
